I am team-oriented technology leader tasked with mentoring organizations to deliver best-in-class IT Services and support. Over 30 years of IT Experience where the majority was spent in Global IT Operations for one of the best networking companies in the world. I am now enjoying the part of my career helping businesses leverage technology and solutions to drive their business while providing the IT Support required to achieve their goals.
I have been married for 38 Years (in 2022) and we’ve raised two sons that we couldn’t be more proud of. I’m sure many can relate when I say this is certainly the most important accomplishment in life, and above all, the most enjoyable. I am a huge sports fan – born and raised in Boston. There is not a night that goes by where I am not watching some part of a Red Sox, Bruins, Celtics, or Patriots game… I just can’t get enough!!!
MY STORY
PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
I began my career as a Network Engineer where I gained a strong passion for technology and all the cool things like IP Telephony, Wireless, Mobility, Video and all the IoT. Here is where I learned how technology is used to drive business outcomes and the importance of “Keeping the Lights On” – every second of downtime costs.
When I made the leap into Management over 22 Years ago, I quickly discovered I loved helping individuals build their career plans and developing teams that respect and work as one towards organizational goals.
After 19 Years at Cisco, I made a slight career change where I could leverage all my IT Experience and get closer to customers. I took a role leading a Global Pre-Sales Engineering team selling a network management platform to prospective customers. I worked closely with Sales, Marketing and Sales Enablement and Support organizations to deliver and achieve sales goals for the company.
I came to 1Path in May of 2019 and quickly moved into the GM role where I now lead and oversee all staff, P&L and operations of Team Bravos with a portfolio of 300+ customers. I am focused on providing the best service to our customers while balancing and delivering company initiatives and goals.

I was lucky enough to be part of a global implementation and transition from legacy phone systems to early IP Telephony while at Cisco. My team spent over a year as key members of the transition and developed support models for our employees around the globe – talk about bleeding edge.
