Onepath was named winner of the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) Excalibur Award in the Large Company category. The Annual TAG Excalibur Award celebrates Georgia companies and organizations that demonstrate the best use of technology, typically developed in-house or provided by a third-party, to solve complex issues and processes that impact their operations.
Onepath was selected from a pool of over 60 other applicants from around Georgia. The awards were announced Friday in a special ceremony at the Georgia Aquarium.
Onepath won the Excalibur award for its development of myESP, which puts real-time support and assistance in the hands of their field engineers installing, supporting, and maintaining technology for customers throughout North America. “We are honored to be recognized by TAG for the Excalibur Award,” said Patrick Kinsella, Onepath VP of Technology and Transformation. “We built myESP to make it easier for our field engineers to be more effective on site and improve quality by dramatically enhancing Onepath’s support and dispatch closure processes. As a result, our field engineers, our central support organization, and our customers are seeing the benefits of bringing more horsepower, more commitment and a better game plan to site with myESP.”
