We deployed “tiger teams” of specially trained, solely dedicated field engineers to provide a specialized install approach and ensure first-visit success.
To support the deployment process, Onepath designed and delivered in-depth video training modules. We supported the customer team with robust reporting to keep on schedule and provided amplified overnight service delivery and quality assurance teams to ensure trouble resolution in real time for 100% of the overnight installations.
The results? Over 97% of first-visit installation were a success, achieved by effective collaboration across field operations, scheduling, project management and logistics.
