As Chief Executive Officer and board member, Ben Balsley is responsible for the overall strategic direction and operational success of Onepath. His primary focus is expanding strategic customer and partner relationships to enable the ongoing growth of the company and success of Onepath’s customers. Ben was the CEO of Endeavor prior to its merger with Onepath Systems in 2015. In that role, Ben led Endeavor through rapid growth and success within the technology industry.
Prior to joining Endeavor, Ben held various functional leadership roles within Logistics, Customer Service, and Service Operations, as well as Merger Integration and Business Transformation, Entrepreneurship, and Corporate Strategy. Over his career Ben has served in leadership positions in multiple businesses in Atlanta including: Altisource, AT&T, Bellsouth, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and McMaster-Carr Supply Company. Prior to joining Endeavor, Ben co-founded BAM Worldwide. He is a U.S. Army Veteran and has a BA in History from Davidson College. Ben received his MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Brian Lane is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial reporting and accounting operations, ensuring that Onepath is profitably maintaining business with customers, effectively managing working capital, and providing exceptional financial information and service to all stakeholders.
Brian has nearly 30 years of experience in financial management and reporting, operations accounting, financial systems, internal controls, and auditing. He has served in several executive roles including Vice President of Finance for IVI Checkmate, a leading electronic transaction solutions provider, Chief Accounting Officer for NexCen Brands, a franchisor of restaurants and retail concepts, and most recently as Vice President and Controller for PRGX Global, Inc. Brian began his career with Ernst & Young, a “Big 4″ global auditing firm, as an Audit Senior Manager. Brian is a Certified Public Accountant with a BBA degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia.
Eddie Lanham leads sales and account management for Onepath’s channel relationships and direct regional enterprise clients, as well as marketing and sales operations. With experience in management, process improvement, strategy, sales and consulting, Eddie’s key focus is on supporting the profitable growth of the company and ensuring sales commitments are delivered as promised. Eddie developed his well-rounded skill set through leadership roles at The Intersect Group, Promiss Solutions, and most recently as Director and General Manager of Rental Property Management with Altisource Portfolio Solutions, a real estate technology services firm. Eddie holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Patrick Kinsella is responsible for strategy and operations of Onepath’s Solutions Design and Information Technology organizations, focused on collaborating with customers to develop innovative solutions spanning Onepath’s capabilities and driving efficiencies through process and system integration across multiple delivery platforms. His technical acumen along with experience managing customer-facing organizations in the past give him a well-rounded edge as Onepath’s technology leader. His previous roles include VP of Customer Operations for Endeavor, Business Development Manager for Concord Technology Alliance and consultant for Accenture. Patrick is a Six Sigma Green Belt and received a BS in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from the Emory University Goizueta Business School.
Michelle Dunford leads the Human Resources team for Onepath, focused on attracting and retaining the talent needed to support Onepath’s business plan. With experience in acquisition integration and strategic planning, Michelle focuses on the overall employment and human capital activities for the company. She previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources for Plymouth Industries, a global manufacturer of construction equipment. Michelle holds a BA degree from the University of Minnesota.
Greg Sweeney leads Onepath’s Partner Sales team, focused on enabling Onepath’s key partners to deliver deployed and managed services throughout North America. Having served in principal sales and marketing positions for over 25 years, he leverages industry practice, sales expertise and fervor for customer success to generate leads, develop relationships and drive revenue opportunities. Greg was at Telesource for 11 years as Business Unit President and Vice President of Sales & Marketing, and AT&T for 15 years as Marketing Manager, Sales Director, and Business Development Manager. Greg has degrees in Electrical Engineering and Psychology as well as an MBA from Rutgers University.
Tommy Mullins leads Onepath’s Regional Enterprise Sales team, focused on serving and enabling growth in that segment. Prior to joining Onepath, Tommy held various leadership positions at Executone, Williams Communications and Digitel Corporation, a Southeast based technology integrator. At Digitel, Tommy began in Sales Management and grew to become Vice President /General Manager, with responsibility for all aspects of the day to day operation. During this time, Tommy led the start of a Cisco practice within the company and grew it from $0 in revenue to becoming Cisco Voice Partner of the Year in the span of three years. A Georgia native, Tommy earned a BBA at the University of Georgia, where he realized his calling and passion for sales.
Brian Kirsch leads SMB market sales for Onepath, focused on penetrating new markets and developing partnerships to capitalize on emerging opportunities. Brian has over 15 years of professional experience selling IT services and solutions to diverse clientele. He has served in various roles over his career including Marketing Manager, National Account Executive, and most recently as Chief Client/Service Officer at Leapfrog Services, Inc., an Atlanta-based provider of outsourcing, cloud, and managed IT services. A native of Atlanta, Brian has a BBA in Marketing from the University of Georgia and an Advanced Management Certification from Duke University.
Sean Vojtasko oversees the IT Services business unit operations with a keen focus on Customer Service and Operational excellence. He has more than 30 years in the Information Technology business and has held various leadership roles at Siemens including Business Development, Project Management, and Executive Management. During his career Sean has worked on international projects on every continent but Antarctica. Sean received his BA in Organizational Management at Eastern University, performed graduate studies at The George Washington University School of Business and holds several certifications in Project Management, ITIL, and Six Sigma.
Steven Gilbert oversees the Deployed Service business unit including the commercial and residential operations as well as the Technical Access Center (TAC). He works closely with the management team to design and implement strategic initiatives that achieve customer service, quality, and productivity goals. With over 15 years of experience in operations leadership, management consulting and engineering, Steven’s process improvements and strategy developments worked successfully for North Highland, an international consulting firm, ScottMadden, Inc. and McMaster-Carr Supply Company. He was an Engineer for Hewlett-Packard and CH2M HILL. Steven has a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Masters in Management and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Bob von Sprecken leads the Residential Security and Smart Home segment of the Deployed Services business, providing residential installation, sales, and repair services across the nation. Bob oversees all aspects of the operations with a focus on Customer Relations and Operational Excellence. Prior to joining Endeavor, Bob held leadership roles in Customer Service, Program Development, Business Development, and Operations. Over his career he has performed work at Duke Energy, Home Director, TE Connectivity, and Vonage. Bob earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business and English from Wake Forest University and an MBA from Clemson University. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Home Automation and Networking Association from 1997 to 2000.
Chris Lewis leads the Building Technologies practice, managing a diverse group of Atlanta, Ga and Raleigh, NC-based experts in Fire & Life Safety Systems, Physical Security & Access Control, Structured Cabling Systems, Audio-Visual, DAS, and Small-Cell System implementation. Chris oversees all aspects of the operations including Project Management, Professional Engineering, Technical Integration, and Maintenance & Service Divisions. Chris is also responsible for the operational management of a strategic partnership that provides network infrastructure and staff augmentation services for a global leader in Aerospace & Defense. Prior to joining Onepath, Chris held various technology leadership roles as a University Administrator at Kennesaw State University. A native of Atlanta, Chris has a BS degree from Kennesaw State University.
