- Our project managers create a schedule for the project, and our engineers go through and create detailed drawings and documents on how those systems will be installed. They also create a final equipment list of all the parts and pieces needed for the job.
- Next, we do shop building and staging—we’ll bring equipment into our facility to perform initial setup and testing of that equipment or entire system.
- We then use our engineers’ drawings and our project manager’s schedule to complete the physical installation.
- Finally, we test and commission to make sure everything is working together and meets the needs of the clients, followed by turnover and training.
