Kelsey is the Vice President of Human Resources at 1Path, where she focuses on programs to enhance employee engagement and drive business performance. She joined 1Path in 2022 and brings with her a rich and diverse background in human resources across multiple industries, including the sports and entertainment and retail sectors. In those verticals, she adeptly managed a wide range of employee classifications, supporting teams of up to 1000+ individuals and consistently fostering an environment of growth and empowerment.  

She is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Arts and has excelled at creating inclusive workplaces through strategic HR initiatives throughout her career.
