Matt brings over 25 years of technology experience that spans strategic executive leadership, software engineering, cybersecurity, and IT operations. He has progressed from hands-on development to leading technical teams and managing business units at the executive level. His engineering work includes designing customer-facing websites and developing robust backend systems and data integrations, while his cybersecurity expertise covers vulnerability management, configuration, intrusion detection, and disaster recovery planning. 

In addition to his technical skills, Matt excels in vendor evaluation, operational optimization, and the development of business and functional requirements. He has substantial experience in healthcare, having managed the strategic and operational aspects of multi-site healthcare delivery organizations, and he is well-versed in policy, risk assessment, and compliance. 

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University.
