Megan Walker is the Chief Financial Officer of 1Path and is responsible for fostering financial excellence and growth. With a robust background in accounting and finance, Megan has been instrumental in steering 1Path through several pivotal transformations, including the divestiture of a company and the recapitalization of the organization. Her strategic focus has been on driving financial growth in the company's core Managed Service Provider (MSP) business, ensuring sustained profitability and innovation. 

Before joining 1Path in 2022, Megan served as Vice President, Controller at Aveanna, where she played a crucial role in the company's successful Initial Public Offering (IPO). In this role, she was responsible for integrating multiple acquisitions and overseeing all day-to-day accounting functions, including general and technical accounting, accounts payable, treasury, and financial reporting. Additionally, Megan held the position of Vice President of Internal Audit at Aveanna, where she directed the implementation and continuous monitoring of internal controls required under SOX 404. 

Prior to her tenure at Aveanna, Megan gained significant public accounting experience at Moore Colson and Ernst & Young. At these firms, she focused on audit compliance and partnered with clients to provide comprehensive financial guidance, ensuring regulatory adherence and robust financial health. 

Megan holds a PhD in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Her career reflects a blend of high-level financial acumen, strategic leadership, and a commitment to education, making her a distinguished leader in finance.
