Tanya has served as the Vice President, Training & Operations at 1Path since 2023. She is responsible for overseeing the development of team members as well as the improvement of customer experience and operational readiness. Tanya has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the fields of talent management, operations and learning & development. Tanya has a proven track record of developing and implementing a strategic framework that aligns people and process to achieve business strategy and goals. Additionally, she has experience leading acquisition support, both culturally and operationally, and leading teams through growth and transformation. 

Before working at 1Path, Tanya held leadership roles at AAA Washington, Nordstrom and Wayfair, where she has been responsible for improving through learning and development, employee tools, quality and continuous improvement.   

Tanya is passionate about helping dedicated and talented team members achieve the growth they desire and seeing how that translates into an improved experience for our customers. 

Tanya graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, Sociology degree from Washington State University and achieved an Adult Learning Certification from the University of Washington.
