The holidays are a time for reflecting and giving thanks, and this year, 1Path has a lot to be thankful for. We’re continuing to grow our business, fine-tune our company values, and add new team members and service offerings. As we look toward 2020 and all the opportunities it brings, here are 3 things we’re thankful for in 2019.
Our Team
What’s a company without its team? Here at 1Path, we’re happy to work with a diverse range of team members, from our engineers to HR and corporate. Each member has an important role to play, and 1Path wouldn’t be 1Path without them.
“I like the 1Path circle,” said Facilities Supervisor Sedrik Baker. “This is one of the few companies where you can actually say hello to your CEO. You’re able to talk to people at the table and build relationships. I‘m thankful for everyone I’ve encountered.”
“1Path is a great career,” added Daniel Emmett, Area Operations Manager. “They’ve shown interest in their employees and in me, and it’s been a great journey for me and my family. I wouldn’t change it for the world.”
We provide client solutions, implement new tech strategies, and keep daily operations running smoothly. Each of our team members is integral to the work we do at 1Path.
Our Community
Giving back to our community is a core value of 1Path. As 2019 comes to a close, 1Path Local, our employee led 501c3, continues to contribute time, talent, and treasure to those around us. This year, 1Path Local has funded many charities, including Thrive Care Foundation, Odyssey Atlanta, Charlotte Area Fund, Andee’s Army, and Papa’s Pantry. We’ve also volunteered with Must Ministries 2019, Sandbox, Atlanta Habitat for Humanity, PBTF Starry Night Boston, and MCFAPA Madison County Foster & Adoptive Parent Association. Some of our most recent contributions have gone toward Herobox, Furniture Bank of Atlanta (Race for Rest), Attach Families, PBTF Starry Night Atlanta, and Toys for Tots.
In total, 10 1Path offices have participated in 1Path Local, and we’ve raised over $16,000 since January. Some recent achievements include filling 56 Heroboxes, signing up 19 new 1Path contributors, and sponsoring a STAR for PBTF.
Along with the charities we’ve sponsored, many of 1Path’s clients are nonprofits, including the generous Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation. We’re thankful to play a part in our clients’ daily activities, thus extending our help to the rest of the community.
Our Clients
We know, we know, we’re getting mushy here. But it’s the truth—we love our clients! And we love being part of their successes. Numerous 1Path members have stories of helping a client choose the right service offering or solution. For instance, Sam Jones, Director of Professional Services, spent over 40 hours improving her client’s infrastructure and patching. Similarly, Keith Watson, Sales Account Executive, helped one of his clients update their turnstiles and install a product their past company didn’t offer.

Our employees and clients are what make 1Path special, and we’re thankful for each and every one of you. We’re also thankful for this upcoming year and all the growth and new opportunities it brings.
