Since 2023, Brittany Locker has served as the Vice President of Sales at 1Path. In this role, she leads a sales team focused on expanding market reach and enhancing client satisfaction. With over 20 years of experience, Brittany has gained a reputation as a results-oriented leader with a passion for fostering collaboration and motivating others to reach their full potential. 

Prior to her current role, Brittany held various leadership positions, including General Manager and Director of Business Process Outsourcing at 1Path, where she orchestrated significant improvements in operational efficiency and customer service excellence. Her tenure at companies like Public Storage and Target further honed her expertise in team leadership and customer-centric operations. 

Brittany holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from the University of Georgia. She emphasizes continuous learning, strategic thinking, and leveraging technology or data insights to drive growth. 

Outside of work, Brittany is dedicated to her family, faith, and adventure racing. She participates in races across the U.S., tackling challenging terrains and aims to complete her first 5-day expedition race soon.
