Jordan Duffey is a tenured finance and accounting professional with extensive experience in FP&A, controllership, and technical accounting. Since January 2024, Jordan has led 1Path’s financial planning and analysis efforts as well as core accounting and reporting functions. 

Jordan began his accounting career at EY, where he was in assurance services for five years. He developed a niche in M&A auditing and gained exposure to over twenty-five transactions while there. Afterwards, he served as the financial executive and Compliance Officer at Grass America, and then went into Controllership at Aveanna Healthcare, where he went through an IPO and continued his M&A experience. After Aveanna, he served as the Senior Manager of FP&A at Floor & Decor where he oversaw the business unit finance for all field and store operations. 

Jordan holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Elon University, where he was actively involved in several extracurricular activities, including President of Elon Volunteers, founding the Running Club, being a founding member of the Federal Reserve Challenge team, and serving as Treasurer for Periclean Scholars.
