Imminent relocation spurs local law firm with aging structure to streamline and upgrade their operations

The Client

An Atlanta based real estate law firm with five locations in the metro-Atlanta area. Established in 1998, their aging infrastructure was on the brink of collapse.

Their server room could hardly be considered one; it was too small and their high rise structure didn’t allow for any high availability features. On top of it all, they were planning a relocation of their main office in the near future.

The Project

Onepath had the equipment and know-how to help. Combining meticulous planning and resource expertise with our latest IaaS (Infrastructure-as-a-Service) offering, we transformed the way the business ran.

With more commitment and a more complete game plan, we worked with the firm to:

  • Uplift their entire main office infrastructure into IaaS
  • Upgrade their email server to Microsoft Office 365
  • Upgrade their client access

The Result

The results were instant. The law firm no longer had to deal with their local servers crashing, and they finally had consistent access across the business for traditional and remote workers. Moreover, their relocation was simplified due to having less infrastructure on the premises. The firm is now even in the process of upgrading their client access to DaaS (Desktop-as-a-Service) and will continue to work with Onepath to do so.
